Inclusive Conservation: First Nations Women-Led Landscape Stewardship

We are building a network to connect Victorian - Kulin Nation Indigenous women to training pathways to help them secure careers in Rangering, Environmental and Conservation employment.

Join the Victorian Women Ranger Environmental Network (WREN)

Are you an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander woman living in Victoria who is passionate about caring for Country?

Whether you're taking your first steps towards a career or already working in conservation, we're here to help you grow your skills, confidence and connections.

The Victorian Women Ranger Environmental Network (WREN) is creating pathways for First Nations women into careers in:

  • Conservation and Biodiversity
  • Environmental and Natural Resource Management
  • Cultural Fire and Land Management
  • Waterway and Wetland Management
  • Cultural Heritage Protection
  • Parks and Public Land Management
